Ghost Stories

Whoa Whoa Whoa! There was an earthquake that size in YUMA?!?! Like, YUMA ARIZONA????? That's CRAZY!!! Nothing ever happens in AZ.

Well conference was just amazing!! Priesthood session knocked my socks off. President Uchtdorf really just threw down some sweet talks. I got the answers I was looking for too. Got so many good quotes, and new ideas I can implement into my work. I love conference!

Haha I made this breakfast casserole this morning, it was pretty good. I guess I'm getting tired of oatmeal and ramen, so I like to mix it up a little, and that way, we eat a little better too.

I have to say, Christina is amazing. She's been reading the Book of Mormon like crazy, and she's gotten flak from several people, and she's told them off right away, asking people why they thought it was such a big deal that she was baptized, that she felt it was right and it was for her family, and other things. In every case, the other person had nothing left to say. She is so solid, I swear, it just brings tears to my eyes I'm so happy!!!

Haven't gotten the package yet, we had a holiday on Friday, and mail doesn't come on Saturday or Sunday here, and yesterday was a holiday too, so I'm like tearing my hair out waiting for this package, haha.

I need to relate an experience from last night. So, on Sunday night, Elder Fonua and Christensen were talking about ghost stories, and I told them not to, because it invites the wrong spirit into the apartment, and we could easily have our own "encounter," and we did, last night. So I was almost asleep when they woke me up, because they had kept hearing knocking on the bed, (they sleep on a bunk together) and they could feel it to. So then they listen again, and sure enough, there was a knock. So they scrambled off of their bunk, and onto my queen sized mattress, and slept on both sides of me because they were scared ahahahaha!!! (Now I know how you feel mom and dad.) So I was crammed in between two of them and I offered a prayer of safety. We slept like that the entire night... Not the best night of sleep I've ever had haha. Elder Zweifel confirmed this morning that he saw something in the room. I don't really know about it, cause I didn't feel anything, but just a warning, never tell ghost stories and leave it hanging. Sing a hymn or something afterwards.

ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?!?!?!? Elder Holland spoke??? Aww MAN!!!! I missed it! He must have been right after Elder Bednar's talk! We lost the signal during Elder Bednar's talk, and didn't get it until the priesthood session!! That just makes me mad, man!!!! I love Elder Holland!!! I'm sad I missed his talk... :(

That's about it for now, Elder Fonua and I are going to go on a "finding" rampage. We need people to teach!!!
