Can Life Get Better?

Wow, I can't believe it... Cameron is a missionary... Gees, I feel kind of sad, knowing that I won't see him for another 2 years... I love that kid. Whenever people ask me who my best friend was back home, it was always Cameron, I don't even have to think about it. Now look at us, both on missions. Man, I miss him... You'll have to be sure to give me his email address ASAP!!!!!! Cause that way, I can email him!

Also, did you know that Jingle all the way was filmed in Minnesota?! I laughed so hard when I found that out! That's crazy!

Well, that sounds so cool, I'm glad Cameron is finally gone, and that he did a good job on his talk.

Haha so cam didn't get the never-ending speech about the prophet Elijah huh? Lucky!!! I never have tried harder to stay awake in my entire life than in that hour... haha.

The weather up here is beautiful! If it weren't for the wind, I wouldn't be wearing any sort of jacket! It’s sunny, and like 2-4 degrees outside, I love it!!

So I guess Canada beat the U.S. in hockey for the gold last night, eh? Well, that's alright. It was cool to see everyone after the game all cheering and going outside their homes to wave a Canadian flag, and honk their car horns. I've never seen anything like that in the US, we aren't very unified as a country.

Um... funny story, last night, we had a bet with the bishop, and so Elder Fonua and Elder Christensen took on the Gallon Challenge. If you aren't familiar with it, here are the rules.
  1. Drink a gallon of milk within 1 hour
  2. Hold it down for one hour
And that's it. So Elder Fonua chugged 2/3rds of the gallon down in 15 minutes, and went to go relieve his bladder, and he puked all over their stairs!!! The best part was that bishop was just loving it. He was all about the entertainment. Elder C got down 2/3rds down in the hour and held it, but there was no way he would have fitted the whole gallon. If either of them completed it, Bishop would have bought us all 4 large pizzas, and hung a portrait of all four of us on his wall and kept it there the rest of his life hahaha. But, alas, we failed. So yeah, good times!

Now. The work. Everything is going alright I suppose. We struggled for lessons this week, only getting 10. We are really struggling to find new people to teach, because it seems like all our current investigators have some pretty significant hang ups or aren't that committable. We are still working with them, but we need some new people to teach. We are going to stop by a ton of former investigators this next week to see if we can't find anyone. Whew, missionary work is tiring.... Nothing much else other than that.

Elder Fonua and I are starting to run in the morning now, cause we both need to lose a little weight. We ran this morning, it was great. I need to get rid of my "ghetto booty" as other missionaries call it. And that proves to me that God has a sense of humor. He certainly is answering my prayer that He "bless the food to nourish and strengthen our bottoms" in His own way, and own time hahaha.

The car thief has been caught, and the Willy's got their car back, but they still have other possessions missing from the car, so it worked out somewhat. The Willy’s aren't really worried about it though.

Zone conference on Friday, P-day today, running every morning, sunshine and great weather, my bro on a mission, can life get better? .Nah.
