Slow, but great!

Hey Hey Hey!
Everything is going great! Slow, but great! Great just cause I'm in a pretty good mood haha. On Wednesday we are moving to Hibbing, about half an hour away, and that town is about twice as big as Virginia, so I really believe that there will be a lot more work to do there! I don't know, I think I'll be sticking around for one more transfer. Up north missionaries usually stay around 3-4 transfers, so anything could happen at this point. We'll have to see. Transfer calls are on Tuesday, and transfers are Thursday.

HAHAHA You have a facebook?!?! I knew it was just a matter of time! See, they aren't so evil! Just make sure you don't get addicted, I don't need to be hearing any "doctor Mario" stories! ;) Whoa, no way! The Berndt's?? Wow, that's awesome! Tell them I said hi! Oh yes, the first week of school. Maddie didn't sit down in the wrong class in the wrong hour or anything? Haha, you can tell her I've done that a few times, if not once every year! :P OH!! Who is her seminary teacher? Well, tell her to pay attention in seminary too, cause I sorely regret not paying attention... I did write Bro Blair today. About Brig, that sounds good for him, he needs to be whipped into shape! ;) Naw, it's good that they'll be pushing him to progress a little further.

Yes... we got the bump day package... I'm very grateful for it, but at the same time, more candy! Do tell Sister Grondel I'm very thankful though, that was so very nice of her. Ugh, so today we'll be riding our bikes for several hours hoping to burn some weight, and we keep trying to find the motivation to run in the morning, but the get-up-and-go seems to elude us haha. We'll run tomorrow morning.

Well, this week has been okay, very uneventful either way, we have been doing a lot of packing though, since we're moving out. Hmm, about my hand though, the swelling is all gone, it was just a couple days ordeal. Still no idea what bit me though, could have been anything! Yeah my face is doing okay, not as good as before I left on my mission, but not horrible either. I break out a little bit here and there. I don't like it, but I deal with it. Yeah, those warts are annoying! You don't have a lot do you? (He must be talking about his Dad here because Mom does NOT have warts!) We really try and avoid political discussions, cause yeah, it's just not worth it at all. Haven't really heard much, but that doesn't bother me. I just hope things will clear up before I get home, but I don't know if that will happen.

Haha are you on Ambien, Dad? Your words are a little jumbled in some places! Yeah, I'll write Madison today. I totally dropped the ball and forgot last week, so I'll make it a priority today. Yes, Bradley can e-mail me, I already looked up the rules and cousins are allowed to e-mail.

Yeah, again, it's tough. I read many stories from the mission about all my friends from the MTC and how they are having all these incredible experiences and baptisms, and to be honest, it's tough for me, cause sometimes I feel like I have a lack thereof... I am really trying not to compare myself to anyone except myself. "Did I do better than yesterday?"

Well, have you figured anything out for my watch band? Cause I really would like to wear it again... And will you send my under armor beanie up here? And I think I lost one of my gloves... the heavy winter ones... I'll tell you when I know for sure. But on the other hand, I found 3 of the 4 lost ties!!! I haven't seen them since the MTC, and sure enough, they were in a secluded compartment of my suitcase, haha. It felt really good to find my 3 favorite ties!!

Well again, this week just excited for the change of scenery and the new opportunities that will open up. We’re going to try some new ideas; I'll have to tell you about them a little later. But I'm going to continue working hard, I have a lot to improve on, and I will try to improve on improving! Love you all, and I hope everything is well!

Love,
ELDER LOGAN BROOKS
