Light This Place On Fire!

Hey!!!

Oh man! I can’t believe this last transfer!! SO Cool! As you already know, my new comp is Elder Grondel! Aww man, I was so stoked when I heard that! He’s been here 3 days now, and we are like bros, like best buds!! I can already tell this will be an excellent transfer. :) But anyhow, yeah, Elder Grondel and I are going to be having such a good time and working hard. We made the decision to pick up the Jensen’s again. I’m a bit nervous about it, we went and stopped by them yesterday, and it seemed like they missed us. (Hopefully they missed the spirit really.) But we have an appointment on Wednesday. So it’s been about a month, and probably a little longer since they were last taught. We’ll give them a second go and then if nothing, we’ll drop them legitimately, cause Elder Rush and I didn’t do that, which was very stupid of us.

On Thursday though, I was down in the cities and I went on exchanges with Elder Hansen, (the comp I had for one day), and Elder whitehead, who came out with me. We went and saw one of my former investigators, Rick Seaborg, who is getting baptized this week! He is slightly fried on drugs, but man, I can see a difference in that guy! When he offered the closing prayer, he said, “God bless Brooks’ guitar playing, and that he will be able to start up a Christian rock band, which I will be able to manage one day.” Hahaha! Oh man I love that guy and I’m really happy for him!

So we really don’t have any investigators right now except for the Jensen’s. But Elder Grondel and I are going to light this place on fire, I just know it! (With the Lord’s help, of course.) In the words of President Howell, “You Elders should tear it up up there.” So I have VERY high hopes for this transfer, both of us are on the same level, we are already finishing each others thoughts, haha kinda weird, but it’s all good, cause I can already tell we’ll be best buds for a long, long time.

Oh, and Rush got transferred to Andover Minnesota.Well that’s the latest and greatest!! Either Elder Grondel and I are going to have a blast or we will hate each other’s guts, haha but I think everything will be good, he’s totally legit. 2 legit to quit.
